Hi! I’m Hailey. Digital Marketer, at your service.

Hello, Friend! I’m Hailey Laret.

Born and grown in Sacramento, CA. Raised in a home focused on God, quoting movies, being kind, and never undervaluing what fresh brownies can do for the soul.

I didn’t always know I would be doing this.

In fact, right out of college I started off as a junior high English teacher! We’re talking 7^th and 8^th grade. Learning has always been a part of my life, and in the last 10 years, so has teaching. I knew I wouldn’t be a teacher for the rest of my life, but it allowed me to learn and help others, and instinctually I understood that this would be important for me.

It’s an important skill to be able to follow to our instincts, even if they do occasionally come with fear and uncertainty.

Fast forward to living in NYC. I’m a new, full-time stay at home mother, and feeling unfulfilled. My first ray of hope comes when I open a small, online women’s clothing boutique. I quickly learn that what I excel at is not fashion, but marketing. I’m suddenly introduced to a world I previously knew nothing about and am, in short, obsessed.

We’re talking staying up late, devouring articles with titles like, “How to Convert New Visitors into Customers” and “10 Ways to Increase Your Engagement on Instagram.” (Everyone has a hobby, right?) I apply all my new-found marketing knowledge to my small business and you know what? It totally works.

Have you ever started something and along the way realized that what you set out to do was not, in fact, what you should be doing?

I closed my boutique and dove in head first to social media marketing. I spent my days researching and learning. I took ALLLL the courses. “How to Work with Influencers,” “Instagram for Your Business,” “Facebook + Instagram Ads,” and more.

I found a position as a social media manager where I was encouraged to work hard, try new ideas, and hone my skills. And now? I’ve brought my social media, marketing, and teaching expertise together so I can help and teach entrepreneurs like you to reach new audiences and turn them into loyal customers! It’s truly a DREAM. If I can guide you through the misty world of social media advertising and come out on top, I’ll consider my job done.
